Return, Refund, replacement, cancellation policy

1. By using vinnarakam.comand/or initiating a request for purchase of Products on vinnarakam.com, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use any service provided by vinnarakam.com. Please note that we may change the terms of the Policy that govern your terms of cancellation, refund, or return of an order for Products bought on vinnarakam.com from time to time. Every time you wish to use vinnarakam.com, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

2 . We have a very easy and no-question-asked return, refund, and replacement policy. Please check products that are fall-under returnable or refundable and non-returnable carefully.

3. You can cancel the order before dispatch of products. The order cannot be canceled after dispatch is initiated.


4. We believe in an open-box delivery system. Customers must check all the products before our delivery executive leaves. If the product is defective or damaged or wrong, you have full right to return that product. In such cases, we may request you to send us a picture of the defective product received at purnimasn01@gmail.com . our executive will visit to access the defective, wrong or damaged product. We are liable to change or replace that defective damaged or wrong product. We will not accept the return or refund request if you placed an order for an incorrect product, color, model, size, quantity, etc.

5. After we receive the cancelation request, your order will be canceled with immediate effect and the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours of cancelation confirmation only if you prepaid the billed amount. The refund amount will be credited only to your bank account and if you adjust the billed amount with a wallet coin then the adjusted amount will be given back to your wallet in the form of coins only. The refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 20 working days unless the bank or financial institute takes a long time to process the amount requested. If a refund does not take place by the date advised, please contact us. We do not make any cash refunds.

6. If the customer approves the product during the delivery time that the product has no issue that means the product is appropriate. Then the order will fall under the no return and no refund policy. Exceptions are there in a few products. The product which cannot be judged by looking at it or physically examining it, will not fall under that condition. In that case, if we receive any complaints from our customer within a certain time period (1-5 working days(time period depends on product category)) about the purchased product, our experts will examine it and if they find any fault or defect in the product then the customer will be eligible for return or replacement.
 
7. If the customer returns the product at the time of delivery or refuses to accept the ordered products for no valid reason then the customer will not be eligible for any kind of refund. In the case of ‘Cash on Delivery’ or ‘prepaid’, delivery charges will apply max rs.100 (if delivery charges are free on the invoice then also).

8. You can return the damaged, defective, wrong, missing parts returnable products within 5 days. Products that are non-returnable can be returned only if the wrong product is delivered or product quality, freshness, or physical condition is not correct only at the time of doorstep delivery and our delivery executive leaves, after that return requests will not be accepted.

9. Customers have to return the ordered product in its original condition at the time of delivery to get the new product as a replacement or refund.
