My account is a section where your account details are saved which is created in vinnarakam.com. My account allows you to track current orders, and previous orders, go through your wishlist, add, update, or change your address, change your password, check your happy coins, and logout.
Please click on change password option in my account section but to do so you need to sign in to your vinnarakam.com account first. If we are not able to deliver all the products you have ordered and prepaid the amount, you will get the balance amount refunded to your bank account but you have to provide your bank account details such as bank account number and IFSC code otherwise the balance amount will be refunded at Vinnarakam wallet as coin. you can use this at any time against your next orders.
We have a no-questions-asked return and refund policy. Generally, the return and refund process takes place within five working days but if there is any technical error the procedure may take up to twenty days. Customers are suggested to go through the Cancellation and Returns policy.
